Me and You

Waiting for the night to cool my passion
Sitting drinking tea and watching “Who”
Nothing seems to be the perfect fashion
For dressing up a day that’s without you

There isn’t much to say of such existence
When there is nothing you can find to do
So follow down the track of least resistance
And wait until I catch a while with you

So soon will come the day that I am seeking
That’s if the gods are looking for my cue
Look out and you are sure to see me peeking
Hoping that I’ll catch a glimpse of you

There’s another sort of day I’d like to see
On a perfect day you would be seeking me

Just something I over heard some-two saying at lunch-tine
