A meeting

A quiet bar, and there you are
Alone and just like me
We eat some nuts, discuss our ruts
Discover we are free
It’s time to go, we’ve seen a show
Then at the curb we kiss
I didn’t know how this would grow
Do not disturb our bliss!
I steal your yolk, a sort of joke
And I must hold your hand
I’m just a bloke, from normal folk
But now my future’s planned
