Rhinestone eyes

I’ll hold your love within my heart
And speak your name in softest sighs
And when we meet I know I’ll start
To see the rhinestones in your eyes

Until that time within my mind
Your body walks in thin disguise
So there’s a way that I can find
To see the rhinestones in your eyes

And when at last we two are whole
And lie as one beneath the skies
I’ll free my heart to kiss your soul
To see the rhinestones in your eyes

I’ll hold my love within my heart
To see the rhinestones in your eyes

Author notes

Tory, PassionsPromise, came up with this pair of lines

I’ll free my heart to kiss your soul
To see the rhinestones in your eyes

And challenged me to write them for her. It seemed to ask for a Kyrielle sonnet so that’s what I wrote. ( I hope it is late at night and I have taken the rules from memory)
