Silver light

You’re beautiful beneath her silver light
She speaks to me and urges me to try
And as we walk together in the night
My heart believes the time has come to fly

A moonlight kiss has magic all its own
And you return the kiss one thousand fold
I marvel in the things the moon has shown
At last I have believed I should be bold

We lose ourselves in passion as she shines
Our fingers find the ways to open doors
Tonight I know we’ve crossed the final lines
The act of love is nature’s finest cause

My feelings are too strong for me to tame
Her silver light showed me you felt the same
