Her eyes

She looks at me with unmolested eyes
Although she’s seen it all a thousand times
Those deep brown pools seem to immortalise
And wash away the thoughts of all my crimes

Her eyes are love and lust in every way
Each second of her gaze a promise made
Whatever ills will come my way today
Would be erased within their serenade

A kiss the bliss that many men would seek
Or just a glimpse of where her treasures lie
And some would die to hear this goddess speak
But I just want to lie within her eye

Her unmolested eyes are dreams for me
And when I shut my own they’re all I see
