Sitting snoozing

I’ve been snoozing in the sunshine eating shortbread on a seat
Where I saw a stunning lady yesterday
And I have to say my happiness would be more than complete
If she looked across and smiled that special way
Her skirt was short and sexy and her legs were lithe and long
Her t-shirt almost fitted from within
I studied hard but could not see a part you’d say looked wrong
In any beauty show I know she’d win

I like snoozing in the sunshine eating shortbread that I’ve made
Watching beauties batting eyes at boys and men
I may find myself perusing on the games they may have played
And I wonder if they’d play that way again
Take this beauty who was sitting on this seat the day before
With the legs so long and skirt so nice and short
Was she happy playing footsie with a boy she may adore
Would she rather try another sort of sport?

So while snoozing in the sunshine eating shortbread as you do
I was half inclined to dream a naughty dream
But the lady I was kissing wasn’t “Beauty Queen” but you
It’s always you when I get up to steam
Your words are just as heated as your body in my mind
Your beauty’s on the inside and the out
I close my eyes to meet you and I know I’ll always find
The girl that makes me want to scream and shout
