I met a girl who claimed that she’d been framed
I thought that meant she was unjustly blamed
Or maybe felt her image was defamed
And if she showed her face she would be shamed.
Some instances of this are rightly famed
(I’m sure you do not need examples named)
Too rarely are the perpetrators tamed.
But no, I found no horrid barbs were aimed
No mean suggestions that she should be maimed
There wasn’t any way that she’s been lamed
She simply meant that she’d been snapped while framed!
