I lost my marbles when I first met you
You blew my mind and changed the way I feel
Before we met I knew just what to do
Now certainty has lost its safe appeal
I lose another marble with each kiss
I sacrifice my sanity each day
You cannot think away a dream like this
And now I’ve found a whole new game to play
The madness that I feel I know you share
Your marbles rolled away along with mine
We were the finest players on the square
Before we net and swiftly crossed the line
When you’re in love you never seem to think
You’re drunker than you’ll ever be on drink
