A fairy tale

With every word she reads the forest grows
The magic gently flows out from her toes
As every fairy story reader knows
A bright red apple doesn’t lead to laughter
I hope that she has read the warning right
And doesn’t simply take a little bite
The story shouldn’t end in just “Goodnight!”
The final words are “Happy ever after”
