A little act of kindness makes your day
It’s good to know the good guys still survive
Although the act was many miles away
The news has made me glad that I’m alive
A day when all the world was grey and cold
And nothing that I touched was going right
Has ended in a little touch of gold
A happy way to start a summer night
When friends are sad and hurt I’m always blue
Conversely when they smile the sun appears
I hope good things are happening to you
And nothing is as bad as all your fears
So I logged on with just one thing to say
A little act of kindness makes your day
