Since Santa got burned
The gifts were returned

Father Christmas is a personal friend of mine and, although he generally
approves my verses he doesn’t like this one. He pointed out that he never gets
burned owing to North Pole Ltd fireproof longjohns and superior Santa-tech room
entering technology. However he gave me the poetic licence years ago so I may
