Gilding the lily, perfection embellished
Nothing was needed, but everything bought
A feast for the senses, the ending is relished
Art serving man and the moment is caught
Drink in the beauty, the sight so beguiling
Tempting each viewer, to want just the same
Beauty on beauty, perfection compiling
Everything’s fair in pursuit of this game.
