Sometimes to fight you have to hide away
To take a rest and look at where you stand
A brutal slog won’t always win the day
The wisest course is fight the fight you planned
You look at life and choose the way to live
Some pains are more than anyone can bear
So balance what you take with what you give
You should not have to battle everywhere
Decide to live the way that’s right for you
Make every day the best that it can be
You’ve always fought and followed every clue
It’s only you can know when you are free
And those who know will back you to the hilt
Love isn’t built on bucket-loads of guilt
