For most of us the secrets we discover
In early teenage years can be a shock
The way that you have to treat some future lover
‘s a mystery that’s tricky to unlock.
With whispered words and lots of silly giggles
We find the ways a body can perform.
The stories told bring bashful squirms and wriggles
Such foolish acts can’t be the human norm!
But pretty soon “true love” supplies an answer,
And mutual fumbles quickly find a way.
From tenderfoot to brave and skilful lancer
‘s a transformation for a single day.
I’m pleased to say that misreported facts
Do not impede these first romantic acts!
