Driving Me Crazy

I’m glad that I don’t have to drive in Cairo
The traffic plan is based on dodgem cars
There isn’t any way a Western tyro
Could navigate through uncontrolled bazaars
Two hands to steer appears to be a no-no
And one’s an option when you’re changing gear
You’d have more chance of flying by kimono
Than understanding how Egyptians steer
Pedestrians aren’t one iota better
No need to look, or wait, or waste a thought
A nervous man would be advised to get a
Transfer to a town with other sport
Tomorrow I’ll see pyramids I hope
If I can find the driver who can cope!
