Flying!!!

This afternoon they taught me how to fly
Perhaps the greatest talent man has found
It’s something everybody has to try
You just lie down and find you’ve missed the ground!

Instructor says relax and float away
Don’t try too hard and you can ride the wind
So I relaxed and had the greatest day
I’ve got the biggest grin I’ve ever grinned

Inside a tower a mighty draft of air
Suspends you like a leaf on autumn breeze
You thrust your hips and suddenly you’re there
There’s nowhere else I’d rather take my ease

I flew today without an aeroplane
And that’s a trick I want to play again!!!
