I heard you breathe my name from far away
And smiled to know that I was really there
There’s not another place I’d go to play
If I could have the choice of anywhere

I saw the way you looked across at me
Although we’re sitting many miles apart
I disregard the intervening sea
When I consider actions of the heart

So kiss me on the lips before you sleep
Together we can dream a little while
I’ll count your breaths instead of counting sheep
You’ll wake me in the morning with a smile

Although the miles may seem a little far
I’m always there in any place you are
