I know that on a lazy afternoon
My mind can fly to places far away
With dreams of all the games that I could play
I want to ride a rocket to the Moon
I may not get to go there very soon
But I can see her smile up in the sky
And know that if I could I’d have to try
I want to ride a rocket to the Moon
We’ll wallow by a silver tinged lagoon
And gaze up at the blue and crescent Earth
And then at last we’ll know what she is worth
