There cannot be a perfect time to part
And Death is no respecter of our fears
He disregards the feelings built by years
So always keep your friends inside your heart
Emotions are impossible to chart
To navigate a life takes more than skill
Its winds and tides will take you where they will
So you must carry friends inside your heart
And when you intercept that fateful dart
That takes a friend where you can never go
The only comfort you can ever know
Is every friend stays with you in your heart
There cannot be a perfect time to part
But friends are always with you in your heart
