Keep on writing!

The poetry you write has grown with time
And I would say that it’s the real deal
To stop it now must surely be a crime
You show the world the way you truly feel
The sentiments you place within your verse
Are often very hard to comprehend
But through them other people can rehearse
The way to cope when life seems at an end
To leave us now will not help you be whole
For time can never heal that sort of pain
Your son will always live within your soul
Although he’ll never hold your hand again
The words you write are meaningful and true
And when you write I know that you are you
