He landed in the garden in his saucer –
An alien grammatical enforcer;
Irregularity is not allowed
In verbs on any worlds above the clouds.
Appearing like a Klingon though MUCH shorter
Intent on learning languages not slaughter
Since he was parched I offered him a drink
Looked up at me and then took time to think
He studied what we’d drunk then spoke to me
And what he said was “Am big you – it tea!”

for this contest
Prompt
“ambiguity”
That is your prompt. Write a 77 word poem (give or take a few), preferably in
free verse, using the word “ambiguity” as your prompt.
Imagery, metaphor and alliteration are your friends, and are all fantastic
favorites of mine.
Of course, all AP rules apply. Label appropriately. Word count in the AN.
HM’s will be added as they are deemed worthy.
and most important,
Have fun!
In furthering my attempts to make AP smile while almost completely missing
every guidance in a contest’s rules here are my 77 words on ambiguity.
(With apologies but you did say the most important rule was have fun!)
