There’s an ancient English poet whom we know as Legend here
Who can turn a rhyme from any simple phrase
He’s the best of all the masters with a voice that’s loud and clear
And his poetry will echo through the days
With the meters he has mastered and the words he uses well
There are none to doubt that Legend is a King
I will read all that he’s written and I’ll learn what he can tell
He’s a man I know could sell me anything
There’s an ancient English poet whom we know as Legend here
Who can make a reader laugh and cry at will
So just hurry off to read him and the art he holds so dear
I can promise that you’ll never have your fill!
