In perfect rhyme and perfect prose
The lover that is in you tries
To give your lover sweet repose
Before you hear her cries
In perfect prose and perfect rhyme
The lover that you love replies
In words that sing the end of time
Your lover stops her cries
Two lovers who can rhyme and write
Will love the love that never dies
In love of words caress the night
Until there are no cries
