My guiding star

I feel your lips though you’re not here
And when I write I know you’re near
You’ll always be my guiding star
You give the course that I must steer
And show me that the way is clear
I’m following my guiding star
Each night you fill my heart with cheer
And so I say “I love you dear”
I’m glad that you’re my guiding star
