The number 30 bus exploded as I approached
Many dead, dying, I just lost a job I needed
London closed, rang home at last
“I’m safe”
Can’t get to job, no trains, no buses
Can’t get home
Start walking
A taxi stops, nearly full
“hop in mate”
I love London

It wasn’t a good day, many dead from bombs on tube trains and on a bus 50 yards
in front of me.
