She dreams of a lover who’ll hold her forever
Safe in his castle of crystals and light
Bound to his heart with silk chords he can’t sever
Floating on air through the wonders of night

He dreams of a lover who cosset him always
Love him for who he is not how he looks
Worship and love him in all of their hallways
Smile as he wanders through dusty old books

They live in a house on the edge of a city
Happy as mice in an ocean of cheese
She’s in a castle that’s sun-blessed and pretty
He’s in a library reading at ease

It’s not in reality happiness hold us
Dreams are the stuff of the best things in life
Inside our fantasies softness enfolds us
They’re two happy people, a husband and wife.
