Relief (I got a job!)

A heavy weight is lifting from my mind
And so I’m sitting here and feeling good
I may have left some tricky times behind
Now life can carry on the way it should
The bank prefers that I should pay my way
And told me so in letters large and red
But now I’ve found a fool who wants to pay
So I can keep my wife and kids well fed
Admittedly I’ll have to work and such
Instead of sitting writing poetry
Maybe that won’t interfere too much
And all of you will get a rest from me
Tomorrow I can finalise the deal
Tonight you’ve no idea how good I feel
