She steers her silvered schooner
Through the beauty of the night
And brings each honeymooner
To the edge of pure delight
The smiles she sends toward us
Make each day a perfect day
And chooses to reward us
With a night of passion’s play
The finest gilded crescent
Or the whole of her sweet face
She is everything that’s pleasant
And she gives our love its place
