They’re playing around with my head
And stealing my me-time in bed
The clocks don’t need changing
And lives rearranging
Just buy an alarm clock instead!
I wanted to do some more snoring
Since morning’s a time worth ignoring
But in the new set up
It’s time I should get up
This annual fiddle is boring!
