The sky is filled with streams of liquid fire
As finally today is turned to dust
The smokes and flames of nature’s fun’ral pyre
Have coloured me with all the shades of lust
I see you lit by golden light tonight
My ardent dreams will fill with you this way
I venerate the subtle change of light
That brings a perfect end to such a day
The magic paints that send my dreams to bed
Have gifted me your beauty in my head
