Sweet Moments Shared

The tastes of heaven on your lips,
Unspoken promises exchange.
Soft music plays, her heartbeat skips,
Tomorrow’s visions rearrange.
Impatient minutes scurry past
But all perfections end at last.
Inclement weather, clouds and rain
Await until you kiss again.

I hate word counts as a limit on poems but here there are thirty-nine words.
If anyone cares the poem is a rispetto, an Italian form, although in Italian
the lines are usually 11syllable rather than iambic tetrameter
