Tips on perfection

The finest of the pleasures of the flesh
Is savouring a perfect cup of tea
The water in the kettle should be fresh
Not left around since dinosaurs roamed free
Preheat the pot, and do not use a bag
The leaves must float entirely unconfined
Then let it brew, five minutes always drag
But connoisseurs of flavour never mind
Now, milk in first, add sugar to your taste
And any other bev’rage is a waste!
