Two storms at a time

I stood by your side as the storm filled the night
We watched as the lightning ignited
It wasn’t for fear that you held me so tight
The kisses I gave were invited
We lay on the bed and we stripped to the bare
Together we started exploring
I tasted your skin and I soon was aware
Of moaning that sounded imploring
We joined as we lay while the storm made a play
Eruptions within and without
The lightning so bright turning night into day
And passions that caused me to shout
At the end of the ride when the storm can subside
And you hold me so close as we sleep
There is nothing to hide from the storm that’s inside
A memory that I’ll always keep
Author notes
It was a beautiful thunderstorm …
