She contemplates the scene of bloody gore
He should have known that she would win the war
And now he has to worship at her feet
Her openings were classical and neat
She laid each trap with patience and with skill
He thought he saw them all yet stumbled still

So confident that she could not be beat
She raised the stakes until that fateful day
He smiled and turned the game to run his way
