We wanted to play and so much more
Life gets in the way, and what is it for

Inside the door, just me and you
You on the floor, world just for two
Passion in store, knew what to do

Forgetful of trains, life isn’t here
None of the pains, when we are near
Easing all strains, there is nothing to fear

No-one else needed, no-one but us
Time isn’t heeded, too late for the bus
Pleasure conceded, without any fuss

Time we must go, life can come in
We really know, the day must begin
