Unusual Beauty

She wasn’t built to classical proportions
But every man she courted was inspired
And when she threw impossible contortions
Her lovers left her presence feeling wired
The Greeks believed perfection should be studied
A formula for beauty must exist
But when she moved such crystal thoughts were muddied
Her liquid eyes personified the gist
We can’t explain the basis of attraction
But everyone could see that she had “it”
A living breathing permanent distraction
Epitomising teenage words “Well Fit!”
So many girls can dazzle and beguile
But no-one else could ever match her smile
