She loved to hear Stradivari
This lady who fiddled with glee
She found them so sensual
And it was consensual
When she started fiddling with me

Her bowing was something apart
It plucked at the strings of my heart
She filled me with rapture
But how could I capture
Her beat so the playing could start?

My baton attracted attention
She waited as was the convention
With every down beat
She would turn up the heat
In ways I’m too bashful to mention

Now we have been lovers for years
Through all of the laughter and tears
But still its a riddle
How her and a fiddle
Ensure a performance appears

I’ve played everything with my wife
Conducting her has been my life
It’s not just on strings
She gives my heart wings
She’s best when she plays on my fife!!!
