There\u2019s still a seat.<br \/>\nAnd I\u2019ve a crossword to complete.<br \/>\nLast words entered, Euston looms,<br \/>\nNow I must face the traffic fumes.<br \/>\nLeave the concourse midst a throng.<br \/>\nReluctant workers charge along.<br \/>\nPast bus stops, their queues frustrated<br \/>\nPast many hoardings, overstated.<br \/>\nHope to see familiar faces,<br \/>\nHeading past familiar places.<br \/>\nCorners to turn and roads to cross,<br \/>\nStairs to climb and greet the boss.<br \/>\nThen the working week has started,<br \/>\nThe weekend\u2019s peace too soon departed.<br \/>\nFive more days of this refrain,<br \/>\nThen Saturday is here again!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mondays by cricketjeff on November 19, 2007.\u00a0 \u00a9 Jeff Green, All rights reserved Monday morning, what a pain!
