\nIt seems when Santa check his list
\nThe name of Jeff at first was missed
\nSince he knew this was not right
\nHe went to get a second sight<\/p>\n
I know I have been good all year
\nSo I should not have this Christmas fear
\nHe came back with quite a frown
\nA lot of things he’s written down<\/p>\n
It seems that taking sweets from kids
\nPuts your chances on the skids
\nKnocking on old ladies doors
\nHe said was just a second cause<\/p>\n
I only do these things for fun
\nI mean no harm to anyone
\nIt’s not that I’m bad in the games that I play
\nIt’s just that I’m good in a different way<\/p>\n
I help my friends get out at night
\nI’ll help to start most any fight
\nHelping friends just can’t be wrong
\nAnd I’ve helped my friends all along<\/p>\n
I helped Dave kiss Jenny Pearl
\nAlthough she was fat Peter’s girl
\nI helped Martin home by bike
\nIt belongs to a boy I do not like<\/p>\n
I spilt the milk and blamed my Dad
\nBut no-one thinks that that is bad!
\nI ate the fruit that looked so great
\nThat Mum was saving for the fete<\/p>\n
My sisters toys I gave to friends
\nThat I had hurt, to make amends
\nI put my peas in Dad’s best shoes
\nThey tasted fowl, what else to use?<\/p>\n
So you see, quite good all year
\nI should not have this boycott fear
\nIt’s not that I’m bad in the games that I play
\nIt’s just that I’m good in a different way!<\/p>\n
