\nIs this the game that we are doomed to play
\nAnd all because our loved ones like to eat<\/p>\n
I’d rather stay right here with poetry
\nOr watching cricket ’til the sun goes down
\nThen maybe you would like to join with me
\nAnd take some girls to other spots in town<\/p>\n
I’ve pressed my shirt and wound my pocket watch
\nEnsured my laptop’s charged and in its bag
\nA brand new copy book without a blotch
\nI’m out the door to meet the endless drag<\/p>\n
Right now I’m home I’ve done all I can do
