Ponderings

\nI find I am frustrated that the day won’t go my way
\nI have to wait to see how my day went
\nI had an interview and want to know if I can play
\nBut I have to wait for answers to be sent<\/p>\n
I find it is upsetting that I cannot always write
\nAnd put down all my thoughts in perfect verse
\nI want to write some wonders and then go to sleep tonight
\nSo I won’t wake up feeling any worse.<\/p>\n
I wish that I could sort the world so everything looked good
\nInstead of rather knocked about and torn
\nI’d pick up all that’s out of place and put it where I should
\nAnd then I wouldn’t sit and feel forlorn<\/p>\n
It’s not that life’s half bad at all, it can be quite a blast
\nBut something sits and makes me think “SO WHAT!”
\nAnd really all the days are whizzing past me quite so fast
\nI ought to check how many I have got<\/p>\n
So I’ll go off and have a bath and soak away my care
\nAnd maybe I’ll return with beaming smile
\nNow those are all the silly thoughts that I have got to share
