My dream lady (A French sonnet)

\nI want to start to dream and know that you are there
\nTo see you in the night, each time I close my eyes.
\nThen I will kiss your lips and listen for your sighs,
\nAs deep inside my head there is a world we share.<\/p>\n
With every breath I take I smell your lovely hair.
\nMy fingers on your arms, my thighs against your thighs
\nYou melt into my heart our love is no surprise
\nI see you in my dreams and feel you everywhere<\/p>\n
I wish that I could still recall the dreams next day
\nBut tender thoughts of love will always slip away<\/p>\n
And so the days must pass without you in my arms
\nI have to bide my time the night will be here soon
\nAnd then again we’ll meet and I will see your charms
\nYou are the beauty of my night, my silver moon<\/p>\n

\nAn attempt at a French Sonnet, abba abba cc dede rhyme scheme in hexameter.
\nFrench sonnets can be in pentameter, but I thought I’d try to do it in
\nAlexandrines as that is the classical French way, as a result I have a pretty
