\nHe stares at the world through the glass he has drained
\nAnd thinks that he really might die
\nRelations just lately were getting quite strained
\nShe’s left him for some other guy<\/p>\n
He gave her the best of his love and his cash
\nShe gave him good times every week
\nShe took all his money, now she’s made a dash
\nThe future is nothing but bleak<\/p>\n
He asks the bar tender to pour him some more
\nAnd he thinks of the times that they had
\nThe way that she used him to pay every store
\nWith promise of being “So Bad!”<\/p>\n
She drained him, then dumped him and left for the next
\nHe gulped down the last of his drink
\nHe looks at his phone and her last loving text
\nAnd wonders what he ought to think<\/p>\n
His life had been happy with friends and a wife
\nShe stole them along with his heart
\nHis back was the target of love’s fatal knife
\nThat woman has torn him apart<\/p>\n
But you know, and I know, that later this year
\nOur hero will stumble once more
\nAnother will find him and use him I fear
\nThen leave him like dirt on the floor<\/p>\n
