\nThe children of us all are come to naught.
\nIn wretchedness and misery all waves of light will bend,
\nThe dunces all remember what they’re taught.
\nIn discount stores across the lands the plastic storks all sold
\nAnd in the pool in London Phelps has not won any gold.<\/p>\n
The cats and dogs all lie at peace, in Manchester it’s dry,
\nAmera writes a free verse book or two.
\nAustralia all out for eight, while every pig can fly
\nA teenager asks for a job to do.
\nThat lady at the bus stop stops complaining that she’s old
\nAnd in the pool in London Phelps has not won any gold.<\/p>\n
The shops in France are worried everybody’s buying soap,
\nAmericans all vote for turning green.
\nPrime ministers across the world discover they can cope
\nReality TV is hardly seen.
