\nI never fall asleep in class
\nI never go to school
\nI knew such times but let them pass
\nI’ve aged as is the rule
\nBut though I’m not as young as you
\nSome things remain the same
\nA daytime nap is nothing new
\nThere’s no-one else to blame
\nI fall asleep in meetings
\nI do it all the time
\nI listen to the bleatings
\nIs snoring such a crime?<\/p>\n
I fall asleep in baths most days
\nWhere else do people sleep?
\nThat I don’t drown may yet amaze
\nI keep them not too deep
\nI sometimes nod off on the train
\nI’ve not yet missed the stop
\nTo stay away is quite a strain
\nI’d say that I’m a flop
\nI always sleep in meetings
\nIt’s just the thing I do
\nCan’t stay awake through bleatings
\nFrom people just like you<\/p>\n
I better finish writing this
\nBecause I’m in my chair
\nAnd dozing here is perfect bliss
\nMuch better than elsewhere
\nSo why is it I go to bed
\nAnd cannot sleep a wink
\nI must be going off my head
\nI think I’ll turn to drink
\nSo what! I sleep in meetings!
\nWhy should you make a fuss
\nIt’s all your dreadful bleatings
