\nOr get blind drunk and pitch into a fight
\nI’d rather find a friend to sit and chat
\nUntil it’s time to kiss and say goodnight<\/p>\n
On days like these you cannot fight the gods
\nThe easiest of tasks will go awry
\nYou lose each bet despite the winning odds
\nThere’s nothing left but letting out a sigh<\/p>\n
On other days at least so I’ve been told
\nThe world is yours to do with as you will
\nEach rusty nail’s revealed as hidden gold
\nSo grab a fork it’s time to eat your fill<\/p>\n
Whatever days arrive to bother me
