\nA coal black crow becomes a witch’s soul
\nAn artist finds she has the gift to write
\nIn time she’ll find a way she can be whole
\nAnd banish ancient demons into night<\/p>\n
A supplicant before her Percy’s throne
\nShe’s found that she can try his favoured style
\nIt’s taken time but how her talent’s grown
\nShe’s been a real poet for a while<\/p>\n
A teacher too, she leads the sonnet class
\nAnd badgers those whose meter runs away
\nMiss out your count she’ll boot you up the arse
\nThen praise enough you’ll try another day<\/p>\n
Do not forget you’re one of us not them
\nThis poem wishes Happy Birthday Jem<\/p>\n
