\nAnd I can say the Moon won’t rise again.
\nWhen I can see no prospect of delight,
\nAnd metered words no longer fill my pen.<\/p>\n
When Summer’s gone and cricket put away
\nTo some strange Spring beyond infinity,
\nThen I shall deem the time has come to say
\n“Goodnight sweet World this is the last of me.”<\/p>\n
Until such time, unless you turn aside
\nI can’t conceive of wishing I could die
\nFor life alone brings pleasure undenied
\nWhen beauty such as yours assaults my eye<\/p>\n
Though many days are miserable and grey
