\nIn January and February the snow lies on the ground,
\nYour icy toes each morning are in pain,
\nWhile hoar frosts in the moonlight spread their beauty all around,
\nBut every day in March it seems to rain.<\/p>\n
In April spring is blooming, cherry blossom everywhere,
\nAnd May let’s Mother Nature take the strain.
\nThen June means watching cricket – scents of roses in the air,
\nBut every day in March it seems to rain.<\/p>\n
July arrives in splendour, August follows up with more,
\nSeptember sees the gold of bursting grain,
\nOctober ends the harvests – crunching leaves on forest floor,
\nBut every day in March it seems to rain<\/p>\n
November can be moody and December’s often worse,
\nBut Christmas seems to promise us a gain.
\nThere isn’t any doubting just one Month must bear a curse
