\nThe World was dark, it seemed more night than day,
\nAnd every night was longer than the last.
\nHis loneliness let living slip away;
\nTomorrow just an echo of his past.<\/p>\n
Without a hope his life was not a tale
\nThat any man would ever want to tell,
\nAnd every day he hoped the spark would fail,
\nA purgatory would beat this living hell.<\/p>\n
But every year will come at last to Yule,
\nOne morning she was there and life began.
\nInside her eyes he saw he’d been a fool
\nAnd in her arms he soon became a man.<\/p>\n
Now every night is brighter than the day,
\nHe fell in love and found a better way.<\/p>\n
